About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will work closely with our experienced teaching team to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and abilities.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse requirements of our SEN students.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes student participation and engagement.
  • Monitor and report student progress to the teaching team, providing valuable insights to inform our support strategies.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, preferably those with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, with a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
