We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Education Support Assistant to work across various primary schools in the Croydon Borough. This role offers the opportunity to support children from Nursery to Year 6 in both mainstream and SEN settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the class teacher in managing classroom activities and learning.
  • Assist pupils with special educational needs (SEN) as well as in mainstream settings.
  • Help with classroom setup, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Support small groups or individual students, providing assistance with learning tasks.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a range of settings, including Nursery, Reception, and KS1-KS2.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
