About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in a care home setting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health concerns
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration, a strong understanding of clinical practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in care home settings is highly desirable, as is a passion for delivering person-centered care.
