About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations to ensure best-in-class care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • A patient-centered approach, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and respect
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
