About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This includes creating personalized care plans, administering medication safely, and making critical clinical decisions.

Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
Provide safe and effective care, including administering medication and delivering clinical interventions
Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines

About You
You will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing care plans and risk assessments is also essential. As a compassionate and dedicated individual, you will pride yourself on your person-centered approach to nursing.
