About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse in our care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health concerns
  • Document resident progress, concerns, and care plans in a timely and accurate manner

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current NMC registration, a strong understanding of clinical practices, and excellent communication skills. Experience in care home settings is highly desirable, as is a passion for delivering person-centered care.
