Care Worker Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable children and their families in a residential setting, providing emotional support and guidance. The role requires flexibility to work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of family interactions and observations, contributing to comprehensive case files.
- Engage and support parents to promote positive change and individual needs, building trust and rapport.
- Provide necessary support and encouragement to families during appointments, shopping, and recreational activities.
- Conduct regular home visits and monitor families, ensuring safety and reporting concerns to the Case Manager.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive assessments and develop effective care plans.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Cleared DBS check.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, with opportunities for development and training.
- Valid right to work in the UK documentation.
