Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding National Respiratory team. As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will deliver high-quality care to patients with Asthma and COPD, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Conduct patient reviews via telephone, video consultation, or in general practice to assess respiratory health and develop personalized treatment plans.">
  • Support healthcare professionals and patients in making informed decisions about treatment pathways for Asthma and COPD.">
  • Work collaboratively with the NHS in primary care to deliver a unique nursing program focused on driving best practices, delivering excellent patient care, and improving patient outcomes.">
  • Travel regularly to meet with patients and healthcare professionals across Bedfordshire.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must be a First Level Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Registered nurse with experience working in Asthma and COPD. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen desire to deliver exceptional results, and a consistent patient focus.
