Job Description

As a Case Worker with Everyturn Mental Health, you will play a vital role in transforming the way mental health care is provided locally. You will work across our new Safe Haven and Crisis Support Team, providing support to individuals with complex needs.

Key responsibilities include managing documentation and time effectively, ensuring up-to-date and clear record keeping, undertaking any reasonable duties/responsibilities to meet the needs of the organisation, and maintaining awareness of recovery in the context of mental health.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working one-to-one with service users with complex needs
  • Demonstrable experience working within Health, Social Care or VCSE systems
  • Awareness of Health and Social care systems
  • Awareness of national and local organisations and other resources that can support individuals to improve and maintain good mental health
