UK Managed Services: Sales & Distribution Senior Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our UK Managed Services team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering services to a wide range of UK clients, as well as some global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line advisory and consultative support to UK customers for NTT Data Business Solutions
  • Analyse, configure, and implement solutions with the support of Functional and Development Consultants
  • Communicate effectively with customers and Service Delivery Managers, keeping them informed of progress
  • Perform peer reviews of proposed and delivered solutions
  • Use problem-solving skills to find solutions and opportunities
  • Provide estimates and communicate deliverable status to stakeholders
  • Test and document new solutions before assigning them to customers for end-user testing
  • Understand business processes and manage your own tasks and workload

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S4
  • Expertise in Sales and Distribution, including Rebates and Condition Contracts, Inter-company processes, Pricing, ATP, and backorder processing
  • Cross-functional knowledge of FICO, MM, PP, and WM
  • Functional understanding of sales-related IDocs and setup
  • Excellent design, configuration, and testing skills for core functional modules
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Documentation skills, including functional specifications and test scripts
  • Ability to work in a remote consulting support team and deliver within defined SLAs
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and design solutions
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Track record of full project lifecycle and development activities
  • Ability to learn new technologies and skills quickly
  • Project-related activities, such as data migration, user support, and end-user training
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on unknown SAP processes
  • Ability to act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and analysis
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to provide end-to-end business solutions
  • Proven experience in a combined customer service handling and functional support role
  • Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction with quality solutions and services
