We are seeking a highly skilled Pitching Manager to join our team at Blue Legal. As a Pitching Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end pitch process, ensuring high-quality, client-focused panel pitches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pitch strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage pitch teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure successful pitch outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and influence pitching infrastructure and systems.
- Embed best practices in qualification and compliance, ensuring seamless pitch execution.
- Record and analyze pitch outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a legal or professional services environment, with a track record of successful pitch management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
