Pitching Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Pitching Manager to oversee the end-to-end pitch process, ensuring high-quality, client-focused panel pitches. The successful candidate will drive pitching infrastructure, systems, and behaviours, and embed pitching automation tools across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and influence senior stakeholders by embedding best practices in qualification and compliance.
  • Develop pitch strategies with tailored win approaches, persuasive value propositions, and compelling sales messaging.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of pitch responses, ensuring they are client-focused and tailored.
  • Coach pitch teams, prepare presentation materials, conduct rehearsals, provide critical challenge, and formulate agendas.
  • Record pitch outcomes in the Pitch Log & Library and update panel information in the Panel Tracker.
  • Review and track forthcoming panel pitch opportunities, preparing client teams in advance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of pitching infrastructure, systems, and behaviour through internal and external pitch debrief.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a legal / professional services environment.
  • Experience leading complex pitching opportunities in a global firm.
  • Ability to build relationships and liaise confidently with people at all levels.
