Senior Pitch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pitch Manager to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pitches, producing high-quality commercial pitch responses, and working closely with partners and associates across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage a portfolio of pitches simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality responses.
- Conduct thorough client and sector research, competitor analysis, and develop pitch strategies that meet client needs.
- Draft and review high-quality proposal responses, ensuring consistency and best practice.
- Collaborate with the Head of Pitching to develop and implement training programs for the pitch team.
- Support the Head of Pitching in driving forward key projects and initiatives to enhance the firm's approach to pitching.
- Work closely with members of the Commercial function to deliver cross-team Business Development projects.
- Develop and maintain standard content and templates to ensure consistency and best practice.
- Provide coaching and guidance to partners and associates to enhance their pitch skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve pitch responses.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the legal market and clients' key issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write persuasively and clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
