Duties

Take client briefs and develop compelling pitches
Exceptional pitch and presentation abilities
Strategize with the team to win projects
Collaborate with Architectural Technicians, 3D, and Graphics Teams
Approve and oversee technical drawings
Manage projects from handover to completion, ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain high design standards and stay updated with industry trends

Requirements

Degree qualified or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a similar field
Essential experience in commercial office interiors (projects over 20,000 sq. ft and £1m+)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
Effective pitching experience in a competitive environment
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
