Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Coordinator to join our team at BSC Education Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all accommodation aspects for our adult colleges, ensuring suitable provisions are made, and maintaining a great working relationship with accommodation providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure homestay providers are informed of all homestay enquiries/bookings and notify the admissions coordinators of homestay details being confirmed in a timely manner.
  • Be the point of contact for admissions and sales teams when it comes to any accommodation requests.
  • Have an overview of all nominated rooms and inform the Admissions and Accommodation Manager of any voids in advance so that a plan to fill them can be formulated and revenue is maximized.
  • Source ad hoc residential options when allocated rooms are full.
  • Work with providers and college teams to ensure complaints are limited and the quality of accommodation provided to students is the best in the industry.
  • Liaise with admissions for any pre-arrival issues/changes, support colleges with any issues post-arrival.
  • Deal effectively with arising challenges, resolving complaints and escalating issues to the Admissions and Accommodation Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in accommodation and/or hospitality.
  • IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluent in English.
Desired Experience/Skills
  • Previous experience in the education sector would be advantageous.
