Job Description: The Portfolio Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities for a portfolio of properties. This includes managing contractor relationships, responding to repair requests, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventative maintenance plans to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, and proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
