Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Manager - Part Time

May & Stephens Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join their team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities and maintenance of two London-based offices, ensuring a safe and productive environment for employees and visitors. This role requires a strong working relationship with the supply chain, regular meetings, and adherence to current H&S legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee and review operations of the office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive environment.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure offices and facilities meet the required Health and Safety standards, including H&S assessments, Fire Safety, and Emergency Evacuation planning.
  • Document Control: Regular auditing and effective evaluation systems of agreed SLA and KPI's with service providers.
  • Budget Management: Manage operational budget for all FM services and control finances, including credit cards reconciliations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key business directorates, including IT, Senior Leadership, Finance, and Production.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a Facilities Management role.
  • Experience of managing hard and soft service contracts.
  • Member of IWFM is desirable.
  • Recognised FM related qualifications.
