Job Title: CRM Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our team at Memento Exclusives. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing direct-to-customer marketing campaigns for our brand and partner websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a database growth programme to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Create and manage campaigns to improve customer interaction and loyalty
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel and customer journey
  • Design and provide a robust email marketing plan to our external digital agency
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM system to meet the needs of the business
  • Oversee the collection, segmentation, and analysis of customer data
  • Generate reports and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and market trends
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer management

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of the principles of email marketing, with experience in campaign building, automation, and audience segmentation
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify would be desirable
  • Good Excel skills with the ability to interpret and translate data
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Ideally some previous experience working in a similar role within a multi-channel business
  • Experience and/or knowledge of campaign management and reporting software
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
