E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support our team in day-to-day online trading and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimising the customer journey to improve conversion rates and launching new products online.

About the Role:

The E-commerce Executive will work closely with our teams to support the day-to-day operations and contribute to the growth of our online channels. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the E-commerce Manager with day-to-day ecommerce management, focusing on website optimisation
• Managing auction platforms and private closed bids to drive seamless product launches
• Scheduling, briefing, and implementing website updates and changes based on marketing plans
• Reviewing website and product performance data to report daily, weekly, and monthly sales
• Ensuring accurate Product Information Management in the content management system (Shopify) - pricing, stock, categorisation, product descriptions, lead times, etc.
• Collaborating with the wider production, supply chain, and customer service teams on day-to-day operations
• Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and increase efficiency

The Ideal Candidate:

• Is proactive and driven, with a desire to make a positive impact
• Has excellent attention to detail, ensuring the website is well-merchandised
• Is proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams, etc.) and Shopify
• Has a good understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and website management
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
• Possesses energy and enthusiasm to drive results
• Has online or offline product merchandising experience (a plus)
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong analytical and presentation capabilities
• Can work collaboratively in a team environment
• Has experience working with online auctions (a plus)
