Job Summary:
Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing the start-to-finish workflow for all print projects, ensuring expected delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the direct point of contact for a key client, managing their print projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with client and team members to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- Use your expertise to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the large format, POS, or signage sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of Tharstern or alternative MIS systems is beneficial, but not essential.
