About the Role

Compass UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef who can assist our kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by listening to feedback and acting on it to consistently improve our food services.
Requirements
  • Culinary Expertise: Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting Roles: Have experience assisting in a kitchen and supporting a team.
  • Training and Certifications: Hold relevant qualifications and certifications, such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Flexibility: Have a flexible approach to working and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
