Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Control Officer to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and coordinating quality management systems, ensuring audit readiness and monitoring communications.

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and respond to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Analyze data and information arising from audits and quality reviews.
  • Provide training and support to quality teams and managers.

Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline or related field.
  • Experience in administration of business management processes and quality management systems, with knowledge of formal standards including ISO 9001 and 17025.
  • Experience working within chemistry, microbiology laboratories, and food technology.

The estimated salary for this position is between $75,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
