- Oversee project financial performance, ensuring profit targets and efficiency savings are achieved.
- Administer change control processes and adhere to contractual timescales.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities effectively.
- Deliver compliant procurement processes and manage the supply chain.
- Handle commercial queries and advise on legal matters, including disputes.
- Conduct internal and external audits as required.
- Manage subcontracts, including preparation and negotiation of claims and payments.
- Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and maintain financial logs and forecasts.
- Prepare and attend monthly cost review meetings, identifying variations and actions.
- Ensure compliance with Octavius' and clients' assurance processes and legislative requirements.
