Job Description: Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager

The Acquisition Services team at St. James's Place is seeking a talented Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager to join their team. As a Mergers and Acquisitions Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of M&A projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and within our Group's risk appetite.

You will work closely with stakeholders to produce detailed project plans, which address key risks and assimilate information on corporate acquisitions. You will also lead the overall project management to deliver desired outcomes for stakeholders, in accordance with the agreed timetable and Group risk appetite.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years PQE in accounting or a similar field, with experience in conducting due diligence or audits on corporates. You will also have strong project management skills and be able to produce complex financial models and forecasts.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a non-contributory pension of 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%), parental leave of 6 months full pay, and 28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
