We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Postal Delivery Worker in Lincoln.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 20 hours per week across 5 days, with shift times between 10:00 and 15:00. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Be upbeat, independent, and self-motivated
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Working independently and as part of a team to meet operational demands
  4. Operating a range of vehicles, including vans and bicycles, safely and efficiently
