Prospect Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our Stevenage branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists, driving service and growth, and adhering to guidelines and framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of pharmacists to deliver exceptional patient care and service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive service and growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
- Pharmacy first and NHS services accreditations
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
