Training & Competence Lead

About CAF Rail UK Ltd
The Rail Training & Competence Lead will work as part of the CAF Rail UK Training & Competence team to support the development and delivery of comprehensive training and safety critical and non-safety critical competency standard compliance.
This role will primarily support the Transport For Wales (TfW) project, but also in support CAF Rail UK operations as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to support competency standard compliance.
- Work closely with the CAF Rail UK Training & Competence team to ensure seamless delivery of training and development initiatives.
Key Skills and Experience
• Strong understanding of rail industry training and competency standards.
• Proven experience in training development and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
