**About the Role**

The Training & Competence Lead will work as part of the CAF Rail UK Training & Competence team to support the development and delivery of comprehensive training and safety-critical competency standards.

This role will primarily focus on supporting the Transport for Wales project, while also contributing to CAF Rail UK operations as required.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all training programs are designed and delivered to meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our projects by developing and implementing innovative training solutions that drive results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of CAF Rail UK and its clients
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills
  • Design and deliver training programs to address identified needs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

About the Team:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
