About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Portfolio Delivery Lead to join our team at Arch Capital Group. As a key member of our Strategic Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of delivery experts to ensure successful project delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive resource plan to ensure effective resourcing of projects.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to identify and address potential resistance to change.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to direct reports, and evaluate their performance periodically.
  • Develop and implement a testing strategy to ensure sufficient controls are in place before releasing change into business as usual.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of leading professional teams.
  • Recognized Project Management qualification (PRINCE 2; Agile; PROSCI Change Management).
  • Experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Project management experience essential.
  • Experience of the Insurance sector essential.
