About the Role:

We are seeking two entry-level Help Desk Engineers to join our Infrastructure Team in our London office. As a Help Desk Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our business in resolving technical issues both in person and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our business in resolving technical issues
  • Work closely with our IT team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our IT systems and infrastructure
  • Communicate effectively with our business stakeholders to understand and resolve technical issues
  • Work in a high-pressure environment to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Deep passion for a career in IT within Financial Services
  • Solid basic IT skills, including PC setup, network cables, and debugging physical PC issues
  • Experience with Windows and Linux
  • Graduate level to 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Degree educated in Computer Science/Engineering, or something comparable
