Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Infrastructure Team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the business, both in person and remotely. You will work closely with the team to resolve technical problems and provide expert-level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the business, both in person and remotely
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- Passion for a career in IT within Financial Services
- Solid basic IT skills, including PC setup, network cables, and debugging physical PC issues
- Experience with Windows and Linux
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Degree educated in Computer Science/Engineering or a comparable field
