Help Desk Engineer Opportunity

Harrington Starr is partnering with a renowned Quant Trading Firm in London to find two entry-level Help Desk Engineers to join their Infrastructure Team.

The successful candidates will provide technical support for the business, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on resolving technical issues and providing expert-level training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in resolving technical issues
  • Provide expert-level training and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with the Infrastructure Team

Requirements:

  • Passion for a career in IT within Financial Services
  • Solid basic IT skills, including PC setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Windows and Linux
  • Graduate-level to 2 years of experience in helpdesk or support roles
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work 5 days a week in the London office
