Job Title: Student Experience Director

About the Job

This is a leadership role that requires managing a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering an excellent student experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, providing feedback to team members, and planning and delivering change.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of staff to ensure delivery of high-quality student experiences.
  • Provide effective performance management of direct reports, including setting personal objectives and KPIs, regularly reviewing performance, and conducting formal performance reviews.
  • Recruit new staff as required, ensuring they are suitably qualified and experienced to carry out their duties in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with central teams to ensure compliance with UKVI regulations, OfS requirements, and Study Group's minimum standards.
  • Oversee monitoring and review adherence to visa and attendance processes and related systems.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 per annum

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience of managing budgets, and experience of providing feedback to team members. They will also have experience of HR duties, such as delivering training, taking part in recruitment, and performance management.
