We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Young Carers Practitioner to join our dynamic team at The Children's Society. As a key member of our Islington & Camden Young Carers Service (ICYC), you will play a vital role in providing holistic support to young carers in Camden and Islington.

About the Role:
  • Conduct child-centred assessments, plans, and interventions to support young carers to thrive and reduce the impact of caring responsibilities.
  • Deliver training and awareness-raising sessions to relevant professionals to promote understanding and support for young carers.
  • Provide specialist help and guidance to young carers, their families, and professionals to ensure they receive the support they need.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective support strategies for young carers.
