This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, aligning our location strategy with our overall business goals, including expansion, consolidation, and/or optimisation of existing work places.

You will work closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders to identify location requirements, solutions, and frameworks to implement this, ensuring a consistent culture and approach for our employees.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of a comprehensive locations strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to forecast location needs, and putting our employees at the heart of the design by listening to their needs and wants.

A competitive salary is on offer, estimated to be around £80,000-£100,000 depending on experience, with a 9-day working fortnight and a range of benefits, including a market-leading contributory pension scheme, family-friendly policies, and opportunities for professional career development.
