Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and be the first point of contact for visitors.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules with the administration team.
- Maintain the staff database and generate necessary reports.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared for upcoming meetings.
- Assist the registered Fire Officer in adhering to fire safety procedures.
- Arrange courier services as needed.
- Handle Key Fobs and Gate Key Holder administration.
- Update and control project drawings and schedules.
- Communicate with Technical Coordinators regarding drawing updates.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the correct drawing revisions are used.
- Keep drawings current and remind originators to close out RFIs promptly.
