Marketing Manager Role

Gleeson Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading law firm to find a Marketing Manager to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the team, you will play a lead role in the growth of one of their brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of a best-in-class marketing campaign plan through an external agency. This will involve coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with the agency to ensure effective and efficient delivery.

This is a strategic marketing role that requires an understanding of online and offline campaign building and delivery. You will need experience of working within an agency environment and a strong understanding of marketing and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring spend with the external marketing agency
  • Creating and conducting analytics for monthly reporting
  • Liaising between the agency and fee earners
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders to develop content strategy

Requirements

  • Demonstrable B2B and B2C marketing experience
  • Experience in managing external marketing agencies
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work well under pressure

The interview process will be a two-stage process, with an initial Teams call followed by a face-to-face meeting. Our client is offering a competitive salary of £50-55k and requires the successful candidate to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
