Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, cost, qualification, and conversion rates.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimisation.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support investment decisions aimed at improving efficiency.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure data accuracy.
  • Utilise predictive modelling to forecast acquisition outcomes and inform strategic planning.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.

About You

  • You will have proven experience as a Marketing Business Analyst.
  • Be proficient in data analysis tools and techniques as well as having a strong knowledge in the Marketing tech stack.
  • Have experience in managing GA4 data structures (table definitions, extract methods, event management, etc).
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplined marketing, sales and business development team within a professional services organisation.
  • Previous CRM experience is essential.
