Sue Ryder is a charity retailer with a long history of providing support to individuals affected by neurological conditions and other life-changing illnesses. We are currently seeking a Retail Customer Service Brand Ambassador Volunteer to join our team at the Abbeydale shop in the Glevum Shopping Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission, gain new skills, and develop your career in retail and customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, and promoting Sue Ryder's brand values.
  • Sharing information about Sue Ryder's work, including our Retail and Healthcare services.
  • Supporting colleagues with customer queries and issues.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be friendly and approachable, and have a strong understanding of Sue Ryder's work and values. As a volunteer with us, you will receive training and ongoing development to enable you to confidently discuss our services.
