About the Job:

MERAKI TALENT LTD is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Professional to join our team as a Wealth Management Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Wealth Managers in managing client relationships and other key responsibilities.

Competitive Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support to Wealth Managers: Provide support to Wealth Managers in managing client relationships, including processing new business applications and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Preparation of Client Materials: Prepare client review packs, reports, and presentations to ensure timely information is available for client meetings.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment products, providers, and industry regulations to inform decision-making.
  • Communication with Third-Party Providers: Liaise with third-party providers to facilitate transactions and resolve queries or issues.
  • Transaction Processing: Process client investment transactions, including buying and selling of funds and managing regular investment contributions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
