Part Time PA Role Summary

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with event planning.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Analyze data and create informative reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate events, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring memorable experiences for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the business services industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and task execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
