Professional Services Administrator

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled administrative assistant to join our team in Edinburgh as a Part-time Professional Services Administrator. You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to key stakeholders, utilising your exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a background in senior stakeholder support, diary management and the use of Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience is not essential but highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and scheduling meetings using Outlook
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Supporting events and conferences
- Managing expenses and recording financial information
- Arranging routine checks and completion of regular forms
- Ordering stationery, business cards and resources
Remuneration: Up to £23,000 per annum (pro rata) depending on experience
