Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the perioperative team, including word-processing, handling patient appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and cancelling clinics and surgeries.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and be able to learn new systems quickly.
