We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a key member of the Nuclear Medicine team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to Scientific/Medical Consultants and their teams.

Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the administration service, including managing mail, emails, and phone calls.

You will also be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, resolving routine enquiries and complaints professionally.

In addition, you will provide cross-cover on a reciprocal basis in the absence of colleagues, ensuring an efficient functioning of the admin office.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work efficiently in a dynamic team environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our passionate and talented team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care. The salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • To provide a specialised, comprehensive and patient-centred clinical administration and secretarial service to the Nuclear Medicine team.
