Nuclear Medicine Specialist Role

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust invites applications for a Nuclear Medicine Specialist position in the Nuclear Medicine department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration and teamwork. A competitive salary of £37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata, depending on experience, is offered for this part-time, fixed-term position (6 months).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of patients to determine their suitability for Nuclear Medicine procedures.\
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients.\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Nuclear Medicine, applying new knowledge and techniques to improve patient outcomes.\
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\
