We are looking for a talented HR administrator to join our team at Minitab. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees throughout their employment journey.

Job Description:
  • Deliver HR Admin Services: Provide comprehensive support to employees, including annual personnel detail updates, maintaining and updating HR systems, and developing personnel-related procedures.
  • Operational Support: Ensure smooth facility operations by building relationships with vendors, managing third-party interventions, processing paperwork, and handling deliveries.
  • General Support: Assist other departments with tasks such as events, travel arrangements, and administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of HR administration experience
  • CIPD qualification preferred or willingness to complete
  • On-site work required
  • Able to travel occasionally
