Occupational Therapist for Children's Community Services - Estimated Salary: $72,000 per year

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented occupational therapist to join our team at Kennedy-Donovan Center Inc. As a pediatric occupational therapist, you will provide family-centered services to support children's individual needs through education, training, and support. This position requires a flexible schedule, working Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, and a valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License.

You will work closely with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs, conducting home visits for developmental stimulation, parent training, and support. Additionally, you will facilitate parent/child and/or child groups, maintaining communication with physicians, clinics, and community agencies participating in each child's care.

The physical demands of this job include frequent movement within the classroom: kneeling, bending, sitting, lifting, and positioning of children. If you are passionate about providing high-quality services to children and families, we encourage you to apply.
