Family Support Specialist

Overview:

Kennedy-Donovan Center Inc is a leading organization in providing early intervention services for children aged 0-3 years. As a Family Support Specialist, you will be part of a team that empowers families to thrive.

About this Role:

This role involves collaborating with a team of specialists to support families through education, training, and support. Key responsibilities include developing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery, and providing case management and referral services.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Infants and toddlers, Child development, Education, or Psychology
  • 300+ hours of experience with children under 5 years old
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience. The position offers flexibility in creating your own schedule to visit with families.
