About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team of specialists at the Kennedy-Donovan Center Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a family-centered setting, providing services that support and enable families to meet their child's individual needs.

The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will work with children aged 0-3 in a hybrid model of telehealth and in-person sessions. You will partner with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs, conduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and support, and facilitate parent/child and/or child groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to children aged 0-3 in a family-centered setting
  • Partner with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs
  • Conduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and support
  • Facilitate parent/child and/or child groups

Requirements:

  • Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
