The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our dynamic team at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the restaurant and bar for service, ensuring that all standards of presentation are met.
  • Act as the face of the business, providing exceptional hospitality service and maintaining the hotel's brand reputation.
  • Engage with guests, take food and beverage orders, and use upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that puts a smile on our guests' faces.
